What we do for an Estate Sale, Living Estate Sale, Liquidation Sale...

Conduct a sale from beginning to end
Work with you to determine the best date, time and place for the sale
Provide resources and expertise to determine prices
Advertise to reach the appropriate target markets to attend the sale
Display items for better selling potential
Provide sales tags, stickers, display stands, tables, receipt books and people to conduct the event
Negotiate and “make deals” assuring a fair price and a fast sale
Deal with irate, misleading or misinformed customers
Accept forms of payment – cash, checks, credit cards and take the responsibility of collecting bad checks
Provide estate sale signs we will place at strategic street locations on the day(s) of the sale
Provide signage such as “Terms of the Sale” and “No Discounts until…” etc., which will be placed at the sale
Provide wrapping paper, boxes and bags for customers
Provide sufficient staff to help load sold items into vehicles
Provide the staff who will rearrange items as needed

We can also sell vehicles and portable buildings. You must provide the title.

Fees:
We charge a percent of the entire sale. We determine the percent upon viewing the amount of items to be sold, the amount of work to get the items and the location ready for the sale, the amount of research to be done for pricing, the distance to travel back and forth for preparation of the sale and the actual sale days.

Some fees may apply if, for example, an auctioneer or extra workers are needed.
Clutter & Junk removal, Handyman Services or Cleaning Services are separate contracts.
